Cairo Airport Terminal 1, 2 managers honoured for their efforts

By Mohamed Attia Ayman Fawzy Arab, Chairman of the Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation, honoured Ashraf Ahmed Hafez, Executive Director of Terminal 1 at Cairo International Airport, and Amr Hussein, Executive Director of Terminal 2, in recognition of their outstanding efforts in managing and operating the airport’s terminals, particularly amid the continued growth in air traffic and passenger numbers. The recognition reflects the efforts of the two terminal managers and their teams in overseeing daily operations and coordinating with various airport authorities to ensure smooth passenger flows and maintain the required level of service, as Cairo International Airport continues to experience steady growth in traffic. Arab expressed his appreciation to the two managers and all Cairo Airport employees, under the leadership of Magdy Ishaq, for their dedication in handling daily operational challenges, maintaining efficient and regular operations, and meeting passengers’ needs, especially as the number of passengers and aircraft continues to increase. He noted that the recognition is part of the holding company’s policy of acknowledging outstanding employees, encouraging staff to continue their efforts, and promoting a culture of excellence, responsibility and teamwork. Arab also called on all employees to continue working to improve operational efficiency and make the best use of existing resources, alongside ongoing development and expansion plans aimed at increasing capacity and improving the level of services provided to passengers.
