Former Palestinian ambassador Ashraf Dabbour detained at Beirut airport

The diplomat is subject to a general arrest warrant issued by Interpol, following a complaint filed from Ramallah over allegations of corruption, illicit enrichment, and breach of trust, a Palestinian source told L’Orient-Le Jour.
