Dubai: Dubai Chambers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with global e-commerce platform Trendyol to strengthen support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and accelerate their digital growth.The partnership combines Dubai Chambers' extensive business network with Trendyol's e-commerce infrastructure and expertise, with the aim of helping local companies expand their online presence, access new sales channels and strengthen their digital capabilities.Under the agreement, SMEs referred by Dubai Chambers will receive an exclusive package to support onboarding and growth on the platform.The package includes a 40% discount on the introductory commission rate for the first three months, compared with the standard 20% discount offered to sellers, in addition to:Dedicated homepage visibilityFree advertising creditsCampaign promotion opportunitiesPriority account managementPersonalised onboarding support, including assistance with product uploadsKhalid AlJarwan, Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, said the initiative supports the chamber's efforts to enhance the competitiveness of local businesses."Supporting the growth and competitiveness of Dubai's SMEs remains a key priority for Dubai Chambers.
