صرّح المتحدث الرسمي باسم قوات التحالف «تحالف دعم الشرعية في اليمن» اللواء الركن تركي المالكي، بأنه تم اعتراض وتدمير صاروخ باليستي شمال مدينة الرياض أطلقته الميليشيا الحوثية الإرهابية، مؤكدًا أن التحالف يتتبع منصة الإطلاق بمنظومة استخباراته في سماء صنعاء وسيدمرها.
