On the artificial intelligence front, Al Khaleej reported that Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy President and Deputy Prime Minister, reaffirmed that investing in national talent forms the foundation of the UAE's ambitions in AI leadership. Separately, 32 Emirati AI specialists formally launched development projects under the UAE Experts Programme, initiated by Sheikh Mansour to align emerging technologies with national priorities. Cabinet Affairs Minister Mohammed Al Gergawi addressed government work teams, urging them to embrace AI without apprehension and reminding them that innovation is a collective responsibility in a transformed era, according to Al Khaleej.
On the diplomatic front, Al Khaleej and Newsd both reported that President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received US Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz. Discussions covered regional developments, reflecting sustained high-level engagement between the UAE and the United States on geopolitical matters. Regarding humanitarian affairs, Al Khaleej reported that Operation Noble Knight 3, in cooperation with the World Charity Authority, launched the "Khatwat Amal" (Step of Hope) prosthetics programme in Abu Dhabi, providing 40 prosthetic limbs to wounded Palestinians from Gaza.
